I'm baaaack

Okay, so a complete stranger (ala twitter) mentioned my blog today, and I realized I really miss blogging about baseball...though my blog isn't a baseball blog. Maybe it is...writing about the JETS is just too insane...writing about my life is boring (I mean- I'm not going to wax poetic about the juicy details of my daily life)...and well, it would not be considered professional to blog about my work life. All you need to know about that is that I'm madly in love with my job. I have the greatest job i the world....So, that leaves baseball and politics...and whatever else my brain decides to spew out.

Happy New Year- I've been blessed to have had the most amazing past year of my life...I've never had so many adventures or fun times in my life...and I'm hoping that 2011 continues that path. It's hard to sustain such happy times (just ask me to remind everyone about the summer of 2001 when we all had just TOO much fun) so I'm a little antsy that my life is going to take a spill off the deep end. Mostly, I'm worried about WINTER doing that to me. I hate the snow, I hate the snow plows barricading my car from perfectly legitimate street parking...and I ESPECIALLY HATE THAT people in Mt. Pleasant don't salt their sidewalks. Note to self: don't live in neighborhoods filled with million dollar homes...it's doubtful anyone who lives in them actually cares about the peasants.

Things I want to do in 2011:

1. ROCK my job even more hardcore than I did last year....I want to have 1000 click thrus on my blast emails and 1000 followers on twitter...and not by spamming, but BY *INTEREST.

2. I want to visit 2 more ball parks or a new stadium...places I haven't been to before.

3. Jimmmy B. concert this summer with a FIERCE TAILGATE.

4. Actually develop pictures. Frame pictures.

5. Barb- I WILL ACTUALLY GET ON A MOPED IN MICHIGAN. Promise. Do I need a helmet?

6. Do happy hour twice a month- the right way.

7. Not fight with Bulldog.

8. At least one unplanned adventure.
